Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method which may take up to 15 days to reflect

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the item cost but not the shipping fee. Returns are accepted within 2 days of receipt; items must be unused and in their original packaging and labels. If returned goods are not in resellable condition, we may not accept the return. Any promotional gifts received with the item must also be returned.
